Hand-drawn band poster honouring Idles. The illustration shows a man sitting on Clifton Suspension Bridge, a landmark from Bristol, the city that gave us IDLES.

They may come off as wild with an aggressive sound, but the band tells meaningful stories about addiction, alcoholism, grief and challenging toxic masculinity.

This illustration takes direct inspiration from the band's song "Samaritans" from the album Joys as an Act of Resistance, lead singer Joe Talbot sings about a "mask of masculinity".

This is why the man in the picture is literally taking off a mask, showing his true, vulnerable self, just as the band does in their modern post-punk, brutally honest musical style.
