Hand-drawn poster honoring Arcade Fire, a Canadian band, consisting of husband and wife Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, alongside Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara.
The band is an important landmark of the indie rock landscape and can play over 16 instruments, all depicted in the illustration in and above an Arcade Fire tour bus.
The tour bus and the desert played an important role in their career because, after the huge success of their first album, Funeral, they had a break in making music.
The creativity returned while driving in the New Mexico desert, pictured here with the endless horizon of psychedelic texture. As well as being inspiring, the desert is a place where the stars shine brightest, they are reflected here on the van's windshield and represent going after your dreams.
The band name itself is made out of abandoned giant carnival-style letters linking back to their album Neon Bible.
There is also a Pacman sticker on the side of the van, for arcade nostalgia.
