Reinvented hand drawn poster of one of the most iconic concerts from the legendary Pink Floyd.

Pink Floyd, an English rock band formed in London in 1965. Gaining an early following as one of the first British psychedelic groups, they were distinguished by their extended compositions, sonic experimentation, and philosophical lyrics. They became a leading band of the progressive rock genre, cited by some as the greatest progressive rock band of all time.

The band's name typography is based on the cover of Pink Floyd's most successful album's iconic cover, The Dark Side of the Moon's prism.
There are several interpretations of the cover art's meaning. Some fans have suggested that it works as a metaphor for personal and psychological darkness, while others maintain that the prism in particular represents intellectual thought and ambition.

The show took place in Angel's stadium, or Anaheim Stadium in the City of Angels. The venue's logo is also triangular and topped with a halo, merging perfectly here with the cover art reference.

On the original minimalistic cover, the beam of light passes through the triangle resulting in a rainbow beam shooting out of the right side, as a nod to the band being pioneers in psychedelia, the rainbow here is distorted, taking the viewer on a mystical journey.

A few years after came another hugely successful album, The Wall, a rock opera that explores abandonment and isolation, symbolized by a wall, pictured here breaking down.
 
Framing the image are two pigs, inspired from George Orwell's satirical novel “Animal Farm.”.
The original one was a 12-metre, helium-filled balloon designed by Roger Waters in the 70s for the cover of the Animals album to fly over Battersea Power Station. From then onwards they appeared during concerts, floating above the crowd during the band's elaborate live shows.
